Ekta Kapoor to make Mohammad Azharuddin's biopic

After the much awaited biopic on Mary Kom by Sanjay Leela Bhansali went on floors, next comes the news of another biopic ready to be made. This time it is ex-cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin, whose controversial life will be decoded by Ekta Kapoor.

As per Hindustan Times, Ekta's favorite writer Rajat Arora will soon start working on the script. Apparently, she has also signed a contract with Azharuddin and offered him a hefty sum to acquire the rights to the biopic.

Though there are no official confirmations as of yet, buzz is that Ekta is looking to cast Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor or Ranveer Singh for this challenging role.
